Rotalec donates equipment worth $ 30,000

The Cégep of Saint-Jérôme Foundation is pleased to announce that Rotalec has generously offered to provide Mechanical Engineering and Electric Vehicle Technology Programs equipment worth $30,000 of automation components to support the training of about 50 students.

This equipment will allow students to learn how to make different kinds of connections, validate the accuracy of laser sensors and put into practice the assembly of components by learning the limits of use of different kinds of optical and ultrasonic sensors.

“I want to thank Rotalec for their support and generosity. This equipment will allow teachers to offer students appropriate training adapted to the labor market and to practice learning they have received” mentioned Carole Marchand, Chair of the Foundation’s Administration Board.
